Nothing much happened this past week as I was just recovering from traveler’s sickness and getting as much work done.

Dance

As I joined Modu Dance Crew, I started my first practice for one of the covers I’m in! I have quite a few that I was able to join, so look forward to those when they release!

Eating Out/Cooking

I’ve had a lot of down time recently to cook for myself and also eat out.

I cooked various types of pasta and spaghetti dishes and ramen with a ton of toppings. I was also feeling adventurous and decided to try making bagels from scratch! It took a whole 3 hours since the dough needed to rise and I needed to boil the dough, but the mini bagels I made tasted sooo good! Hojicha Adventure

As for eating out, I walked around and explored the Fenway Park area for the first time! I initially went to go to Matcha Maiko since I wanted to get their Hojicha Frappe. I’ve tried the chain before in Philadelphia and was craving it again so I decided to venture out. That wasn’t the only time I drank Hojicha (roasted Matcha) this past week. I also tried Hojicha Latte at KyoMatcha which I didn’t like as much… I’m not sure what it was that I didn’t like about it though so I’ll probably give it another shot. Most recently, I tried a hot Hojicha Latte at Phin Coffee House and that was delicious!!

As for eating out, I stumbled into Thaitation while I was heading to Matcha Maiko. I ate drunken noodle there and it was pretty good! The owners were really nice as well!

Tutoring

Tutoring was not as bad as before this past week. We actually got through the lesson all of this past week! It was also my student’s birthday and he didn’t show up, so I had one day off.

Again, not much happened this past week… Next week, I’ll be in New Hampshire again, for work though this time, so I won’t be able to disclose any details… But I can talk about the things I did after work hours 🙂
