Week 6: Life of a Software but 5-9

Completely forgot about this weekend… OOP!

This past week was the first week of my team assignment project! And onto virtual weeks~

Dance

I learned Hype Boy by New Jeans and that was super fun since it’s one of my favorite songs from them.

I also attended a ballet class to fix my CS posture haha. It ended up making me super sore…

Friends/Coworkers

One of my old high school friend came to visit and I haven’t seen her since my high school graduation so it was really nice seeing her in a long time! We ate out in Chinatown at My Thai Vegan Cafe and the food was really good!

I came back from my friend’s place, straight back to work.

I also hung out with a few of my coworkers and went to a Vinyl Listening Session and played Mini Golf at Seaport! It was my first time in Seaport so it was very fun. I lost mini golf, but it was still very fun!

Eating Out!

4/5 for My Thai Vegan Cafe. I know I can’t judge them for not having meat options, but that is exactly why they get one star off from me lol.

I tried tiramisu and freshly squeezed orange juice at Tatte Bakery and it was really good. Was it worth the hefty price? Probably not… so 3.5/5

I also ate at Puttshack and it was disappointing… 1/5 for the crab dip there…

Some scary things…

There was a shooting on my block and I had to evacuate from my place… It was super scary even though I didn’t witness the actual scene. I’m moving for that reason…

I also had some interesting and uncomfortable encounters of racists comments and catcalling in my neighborhood as well…

Time for apartment hunting 😉

Look forward to my next post next Saturday 8/30, this next one is gonna be an exciting one!
