In my “Last Month of my last year at Lehigh University” blog post, I mentioned doing a few things this summer, one of them being “Trying out some side hustles ~.”
So what side hustles have I been attempting?
- Amazon Affiliate Store
- I have not fully pushed forward on this as I’m trying to figure out how to market the products I usually buy through Amazon.
- I am reading the books on the list so that I can create something like a “Book Report” blog series, but I am reading a few at the same time so it’s kinda like when you download multiple files at the same time and it takes a while, but when its done, they’re all done, so please be patient with me on that.
- The Lego bricks section might come as a surprise, but it’s a hobby of mine, so I hope to either write about it or record some videos of me building the sets.
- Printify – Merch Store
- I am in the early stages for this. I have designed the products, and I just ordered some samples, so I am waiting to receive those soon.
- Psst, the logo change on my website is a sneak peek to the design of the merch!
- Learning about options and practicing with a trading simulator
- I’m watching Rose Han’s Options Tutorial Playlist to learn about options and trying them out on Investopedia’s Trading Simulator!
As for some other things like AWS Certification Exam,
I am completing the course exam instead of the actual certification exam, and some might’ve noticed that I did complete the Foundations Course exam. I also applied for the AWS She Builds Mentorship Program so I’m hoping the program can help me learn the applicable skills for AWS such as creating projects using AWS.
The day-trips has been fun as well!
So far, I went to Long Beach for my friend’s graduation and LegoLand California with my brother. It’s been extremely fun and relaxing to be able to spend so much time with the people I love.
Look forward to future updates on my summer and side-hustle journey!
