Today marks the last day of my internship at Liberty Mutual Insurance.

I had a blast with Skylar Rearick, Jacob Sakelarios, Lucy Wu, MOE PIERRE, and Devina Tavathia for the Intern Hackathon as team Cheese Danish. We created an internal version of Postman Enterprise called Dougman. I had the pleasure of designing the logo for our web app and creating a cost analysis for the business value of our project.

For my final weeks, I was also able to write-up some documentation for a code quality tool called Codacy. I was glad to be able to set it up for both the Java version and Typescript version of our Scrum Bun’s Webhook Notification Software Development Kit.

Thank you to Emma Conner, Cory Harbour, and Tanner Minh Le for assisting with the application/recruitment process for this internship!

Shoutout to Ginny Tetu, Joann Kim, Coleman Kintz, Samuel Machlin, Jeremy Lim, Jayti Arora, Sofia Dipilla and Carrie Forbes for all the support throughout my internship whether it’d be technical or for professional development.

Thank you to Diego García, Madeline Tucker, Keith Evans, David Krasnowiecki, Sara Massoud, and Matthew G. Miles for having 1:1’s with me to learn more about their roles at the company and learn more about the different functions at Liberty throughout this summer.
